Carrie Underwood came out and braved the cold to sing the National Anthem at Saturdays World Series game. The next night the Boston Red Sox swept the Colorado Rockies to take their second World Series title in four years.

I thought Carrie did a tremendous job on this performance! She didn’t “over-sing” the song like so many others have. She did it just right. Her voice is better now than it was on American Idol.
