Keri Russell is featured inside the December issue of Details Magazine.

Her latest film Bedtime Stories hits theaters December 25. She stars opposite Adam Sandler. Of the film Keri says:

“It’s funny and it’s a movie that kids can see.

“But it’s still got Adam’s crazy sense of humor. It’s not totally nicey-nice.”

Not sure what kind of look they were going for with this photoshoot..it’s kinda creepy….

Amanda Beard Suing Tanning Company

Multiple Olympic gold medalist Amanda Beard is suing a tanning salon company in California, claiming it used her name and likeness without permission.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court and claims ProSun posted the swimmer’s picture on its Web site “to create the impression that Beard endorses ProSun products.”

Beard is seeking more than $25,000 in monetary and punitive damages.

TMZ.com says a spokesman for ProSun claims the company took the photos of Beard in question at a charity event and has the right to use them as it wishes.

2009 Grammy Award Nominations Announced

The nominations were announced in a live television special on Wednesday night for the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. The big award show will take place on February 8, 2009.

Lil Wayne had the most nominations with eight. Coldplay was close seven nods, while Jay-Z, Ne-Yo, and Kanye West each had six.

Beach Volleyball Champ Kerri Walsh Is Expecting Her First Child

Beach Volleyball superstar Kerri Walsh is pregnant with her first child, the two-time Olympic gold medalist confirmed to Billy Bush in an exclusive interview for Access Hollywood and “The Billy Bush Show.”

On Wednesday morning she said:

“I’m chubby and I’m pregnant and it’s awesome!”

It appears Kerri and husband Casey Jennings brought home a little surprise from the games in Beijing:

“How pregnant are you?” Billy asked.

“About 16-and-a-half weeks,” she revealed.

“Let’s do the math… that goes back to about the beginning of August,” Billy noted.

“Well, they way they date pregnancies is a little bit confusion. We believe we conceived during our last days in Beijing, or about a couple of days after we won the gold medal.”

But Billy challenged her on the math.

“I don’t think so!” he said jokingly with her. “If it’s sixteen-and-a-half weeks, that’s one week into August! Kerri, have you considered honestly that you were pregnant at the time when you won the gold medal?”

“I think it’s impossible, but you never know!” she admitted. “I don’t want to get into all of the details, but I’m pretty sure it was a couple of days after.”

Kerri also revealed she thinks it’s a boy, but isn’t certain:

“We don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl, and we aren’t trying to find out,” Kerri told Billy. “We have a feeling it’s a boy, but we’re going to find out the traditional way.”

She adds that getting used to a more rounder body is taking some getting used to:

“I’m used to living my life in a bikini and I’m definitely not bikini-ready,” she joked with Billy. “I think the chubbiness is all relative, but it’s for the very best cause in the whole world, and I’m proud of it. I’m just going to stay off the beach for a while, how about that?”

Anne Heche Is Pregnant

Anne Heche and her man, actor James Tupper, are expecting their first child together.

Her rep tells UsMagazine:

“They are thrilled.”

Anne and James first met in 2006 on the set of their short-lived ABC drama Men In Trees while Heche was still wed to husband Coley Laffoon. Anne has a 6-year-old son, Homer with Laffoon.

Mark Ruffalo’s Brother Scott Ruffalo In Critical Condition After Being Shot In Head

Mark Ruffalo’s younger brother Scott Ruffalo was shot in the head at his Beverly Hills condominium early Monday morning. He is currently in very serious condition in Los Angeles hospital.

A rep for Mark Ruffalo rep has no comment at this time, citing that the case is an ongoing police investigation.

According to sources, the shooting occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m. at the building where Scott Ruffalo lived on North Palm Drive. Police confirmed the shooting, but would not say who was involved.

Scott Ruffalo is a hairdresser who has worked in salons in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills and has held a California state cosmetology license since 1991.

Mark is married to French-American actress Sunrise Coigney and is known for starring in films such as You Can Count on Me, Zodiac, 13 Going on 30, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Twilights Kristen Stewart To Play Joan Jett In ‘The Runaways’

‘Twilight’ star Kristen Stewart is set to play Joan Jett in “The Runaways,” the rock ‘n’ roll biopic of the 1970s all-girl band.

Video director Floria Sigismondi wrote the screenplay and is directing and Joan Jett will serve as an executive producer.

The filmmakers are gearing for a 2009 start and will work around Stewart’s commitments to the two ‘Twilight’ sequels. The first, ‘New Moon,’ is expected to shoot in first-quarter 2009, with Stewart reprising her role as Bella, the human who falls for a vampire.

‘Twilight’ has made more than $120 million since opening November 21.

Gwen Stefani Pregnancy Rumors

Pregnancy rumors are already starting for Gwen Stefani.

The mom of two sons with hubby Gavin Rossdale, Kingston, 2, and Zuma Nesta Rock, 3 months, is said to be desperate to increase her family. Maybe she’s trying for that sweet little girl. They are such a sweet and fabulous looking family!

Singer Akon, who worked with Gwen on her 2006 album ‘The Sweet Escape’, fuelled rumors by saying:

“I wouldn’t be surprised if she had another in the next couple of months. You saw how quickly she went back for another one.”

He refused to confirm if Gwen is already expecting, but added she is enjoying her role as a parent.

“I know nothing! She definitely loves being a mother, period.”

I think it’s safe to say she’s not pregnant..atleast not yet, but hopefully they will have another one. They are such a lovely family.

Scout Willis Becomes A Woman

Scout LaRue Willis made her debut as a woman on November 28, 2008 at one of Europe’s most glamorous balls, the 18th Paris Haute Couture Bal des Debutants, staged in the grand surroundings of the Hotel de Crillon.

The coming out party of 17-year old was a family affair. Her mom Demi Moore was there along with husband Ashton Kutcher, her dad Bruce Willis and girlfriend Emma Heming and sisters Rumer Glenn, 20, and Tallulah Belle, 14 were also there to support her.

Every year, twenty four girls between the age of 16 and 19 wearing French haute couture gowns attend the Ball as an initiation into womanhood.

Scout rocked a Lacroix gown and danced with Bruce during the pre-ball cocktail party while Demi played videographer and made sure she got it all on film.

When stepdad Ashton Kutcher was congratulated on his daughter’s “coming out” he teased, “As far as I know, she’s dancing with boys.” Funny guy..

Britney Spears Good Morning America Pictures

As we all know by now, Britney Spears appeared on Good Morning America on December 2, 2008 to celebrate her 27th birthday and to kick off the release of her new album Circus.

On the show she performed her hits ‘Womanizer’ and ‘Circus.’ Video HERE.

She also had a surprise of her own when fellow stars Hugh Jackman, Reese Witherspoon and Taylor Swift wished her a happy birthday in a video montage and she was then presented with a really cool cake.

Smiling, Britney said, “That’s so sweet, thank you,” as her two sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, watched from the front row with her mom, Lynne.

She also confirmed her plans for a concert tour beginning in March 2009, with the first show near her hometown in New Orleans, Louisiana. Get the dates HERE.

Blake Fielder-Civil Is Going Back To Jail After Failing Drug Test

Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy Winehouse’s husband, is headed back to jail after, big surprise, he failed a drug test.

According to The Sun Blake, 26, dashed to his wife’s hospital bedside last night from rehab after being told the news and could now be in jail until early 2010 after breaking the early release terms of his 27-month sentence.

A source said:

“Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose — everyone was totally shocked.

“He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn’t have much to lose.”

Fielder-Civil, who had been at Live Works rehab in Woking, Surrey, planned to turn himself in to cops after an evening with her.

A source said:

“If he had stayed in prison last month rather than taking the rehab option he was set to be released at the end of this month. He’s blown it.”

Pals of troubled Back To Black star Amy, 25, said having him locked up was good for her.

She has not visited him since he went into rehab and refused to pay the huge bill until he persuaded her to.

Then last week she was rushed to hospital after a row with him on the phone sent her on a booze and drug bender.

Lawyers visited her to discuss divorce, but pals say Fielder-Civil threatened to harm himself if she left him.

Amy’s friend said yesterday:

“She had finally started stepping up divorce proceedings again but he started phoning again and getting inside her mind.

“Now he is out of the picture again she can concentrate on getting her life on track.”
